• WillsMkt manages tracking, reporting, and the 10% Affiliate Commission Cashback (ACC) that rewards shoppers using the affiliste code you'vr given.

WillsMkt does not act as the seller of your products or services. All commercial transactions are completed directly between you and the customer on your own marketplace or platform.

1. Product Legality and Safety.

   • Offer only legal, safe, and non‑prohibited products that comply with relevant national and international regulations.

   • Take full responsibility for product quality, safety, and compliance.

2. Logistics, Shipping, and Returns

   • Handle all logistics, packaging, shipping, delivery, and returns directly with your customers.

   • Provide clear, honest information about shipping times, costs, and return policies on your own website or store.

3. Customer Support

   • Provide timely customer service for all inquiries, complaints, and after‑sales support related to your products.

   • WillsMkt is not responsible for resolving disputes between you and your customers.

4. Accurate Information and Affiliate Links

   • Provide accurate brand, product, and website information.

   • Provide valid affiliate tracking links (where applicable) so referrals from WillsMkt can be properly tracked.

   • Notify WillsMkt if any URLs or affiliate links change.

5. Compliance with WillsMkt Guidelines

   • Respect WillsMkt’s branding, platform presentation, and technical requirements.

   • Refrain from misleading claims, illegal offers, or any activity that may damage WillsMkt’s reputation.

To host and promote your brand on WillsMkt, there is a monthly platform fee:

• Fee amount: $20 USD per month, per 1-8 brand products.

• Nature of fee: non‑refundable

This fee contributes to:

• Your brand’s presence is listed on the WillsMkt Marketplace & may be promoted on WillsMkt social media channels.

• Technical hosting of your brand shelves and content.

• Ongoing platform development and maintenance

• WillsMkt’s marketing and traffic generation efforts across multiple channels.

By proceeding as a partner, you acknowledge that this $20 USD monthly fee is non‑refundable, even if you later pause or cancel your partnership during the paid period.

3. Affiliate Commission (PACA):
   You agree to pay WillsMkt an affiliate commission on qualified sales generated through WillsMkt referrals. The exact Percentage Affiliate Commission Amount (PACA) is agreed between you and WillsMkt and may be documented separately in writing or email.

4. Affiliate Commission Cashback (ACC):
   WillsMkt may allocate 10% of the affiliate commission as Affiliate Commission Cashback (ACC) to reward shoppers. This cashback is managed by WillsMkt as part of its marketing and loyalty activities.

5. Platform Fee:
   You agree to pay a $20 USD non‑refundable monthly platform fee for hosting and promoting your brand on WillsMkt. This fee is charged in advance and is non‑refundable.

6. Content and Brand Use:
   You grant WillsMkt permission to display your brand name, logo, product images, and descriptions on the WillsMkt platform and related marketing channels for the purpose of promoting your products.

7. Termination and Suspension:
   WillsMkt reserves the right to pause, limit, or terminate your participation if you violate these terms, applicable laws, or if your products or conduct may harm WillsMkt’s reputation or users. You may request pause or cancellation via email as described above.

8. Limitation of Liability:
   WillsMkt is not liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from your products, services, logistics, or customer relationships. WillsMkt’s role is limited to affiliate marketing and tracking platform.

9. Governing Terms:
   This Partnership Agreement works alongside the general WillsMkt Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. In case of conflict, the specific terms agreed in writing between you and WillsMkt will prevail.
